The role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you´ll assist Jeppesen's customers with the daily management, planning and maintenance of the product. The responsibilities will include technical support, provision of knowledge injections, problem solving, analyzing and upgrading new releases. You will also be responsible for providing service and support according to the service level agreements.
The team is made up of 25 generalists with skills in programming, technical problem-solving, understanding and customer interactions. The team acts as the client's voice within Jeppesen and collaborates with other departments to highlight important technical and operational inquiries. Together with the talented team, you´ll take care of complex challenges and prepare business cases highlighting software benefits to clients.
Some responsibilities for the team
- Analyze and process defects and provide interim solutions according to Service Level Agreements
- Technical support regarding usage of functionalities in the system, including propriety programming languages and other development tools
- Deliver software updates and releases. Assists customers with specific deployments
- Ensure that Jeppesen organization acts upon customers ideas and feedback
- Participate in Health Checks. Health check is a process looking at the physical condition, usage and maintenance of the product at a customer. The purpose is to maximize the business value of the product and thereby defend the business model
- Share client feedback and system improvement ideas within the product management
We are looking for individuals with a strong curiosity for learning about the airline industry. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your team while also working independently, requiring both strong teamwork and self-sufficiency. You have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in technical problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Recent graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in a relevant area
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic programming skills, preferably Python
Bonus skills
- Experience from customer relations
- Comfortable working in Linux

We are looking for two individuals for this role and the talent program starts on the first of September 2025 (2025-09-01).
