About the role
This team is a part of the software core platform organization at Jeppesen and are developing their product that handles crew planning and crew schedules. This product is used by Jeppesen’s clients to maximize the efficiency of their crew scheduling and improve the work-life balance of their staff.
The team builds features in a Full Stack capacity ranging from AngularJS to Java/Python backend as well as deployment using Docker, Kubernetes and AWS Cloud. They collaborate closely with implementation teams at Jeppesen that work directly with clients and build and ship features that directly impact their operations.
You will be part of a diverse team with both experienced and early-career colleagues, where a strong team culture is key. Mondays and Tuesdays are designated team days at the office, and every third week, the team holds a planning session for the coming weeks. Since they work closely with clients, digital meetings are common, but they also meet in person for workshops when needed.
Depending on the candidate, the role could focus on either backend or frontend development. If you also have an interest in UI, it is certainly welcome.

Qualifications
We think that you are curious and motivated to make a difference. You should be comfortable working with others and enjoy collaborating in a team environment.
- Recent graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in a relevant area
- Programming skills in either Java/Python OR Angular/Typescript
- Strong communication skills in English
It´s a great bonus if you also know a bit about AWS cloud and have had some exposure to Kuberbetes and Docker.
