ABOUT THE TALENT PROGRAM 

The AI Specialist Program is a 12-month journey run by Hubbau in collaboration with TokenTek and Coretura. During the program, you’ll be employed by Hubbau and work as a consultant at Coretura. After the program, the ambition is that you  continue your journey as a Coretura employee. 

During the year, you will go through a training program together with TokenTek that will take you from n00b to expert in building and using AI tools. Our goal is to give you a fun, challenging and rewarding first year in tech, one that builds both your technical depth and professional confidence. The program combines deep technical knowledge with hands-on experience, taking you from AI fundamentals to advanced real-world projects.

DESCRIPTION OT THE ROLES   

At Coretura you will belong to one of their software development teams but also regularly collaborate on projects with people across the organisation. As Coretura is a young, fast-growing and dynamic company, roles and responsibilities aren’t set in stone but will change and develop over time. Their tech stack is based on C++ for real-time systems, Rust for safety-critical apps and Python for automation. 

For this talent program we are looking for people with an interest in applying their skills in one or several of the areas below: 

• Automating test frameworks, predictive failure analysis, and intelligent validation. 

• Build data pipelines, prepare AI-ready datasets, and learn cloud-native architectures for scalable AI solutions. 

• Apply AI for threat detection, compliance monitoring, and optimize code for better performance and user experience. 

• Enhancing user experience and system integration through AI-powered interfaces and code optimization. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

We’re looking for curious, driven and humble engineers who want to take the first real step into the world of AI. You’re passionate about technology, problem- solving and eager to learn how AI can be applied in practice, from generative models to agent-based systems and multimodal architectures.

You enjoy working together with others and want to grow in an environment where learning and innovation go hand in hand.   

• You are a recent graduate with a master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a similar field 

• You’re a skilled developer with experience in C++ and Python, Rust is a plus 

• You have experience using AI tools from either thesis projects or other school courses 

• You’re curious, motivated and enjoy learning with others 

• English language communication skills, oral and in writing. Swedish language is a big plus

• Bonus points if you’ve built personal software projects
